What type of massage do you offer?
I am professionally trained in Swedish massage and a variety of therapeutic techniques, including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping and hydrotherapy. Each session is customized to your specific needs. Please check out my Services Overview or online booking portal for more detailed information.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card , E-Transfer, Debit and Direct billing are available.
What can I expect at my first visit, and is there anything I should prepare beforehand?
We recommend that clients arrive well-hydrated and wear comfortable clothing.
During your initial visit, we will discuss your medical history, treatment goals, and any concerns you may have to ensure the treatment is safe, effective, and appropriate for you.
Do you offer same day appointment?
Same day appointment is only available for existing clients.
Is your clinic accessibility-friendly?
Unfortunately, no. There are stairs leading to the treatment room. Clients with mobility concerns are encouraged to book a mobile massage service instead.
